Feeling better should be a priority. How often do you actually take time for yourself? Self-care is not selfish--it's essential.  

I believe that massage is for regular maintenance, not just a luxury you put on a vacation to-do list. I believe in taking the time to get know each client to create a personalized experience.
 
I enjoy helping people one-on-one, especially to relieve the stress we all live with--neck pain, back aches, low back strain.
 
I also enjoy creating an oasis of relaxation, focusing on what feels good to you.
